Policies Minimum stay two nights. One night's stay, or 25% required to hold the room. Full stay will be charged unless 30 days notice is given, or the room can be re-booked. Otherwise, deposit will be refunded, less $15.00 cancellation fee. Rates subject to 9% Ashland room tax, and 1% Oregon state lodging tax. Sorry, no pets. Normal check-in time is 3:00 to 6:00 pm unless other arrangements are made. Please check out by 11:00 am. No smoking please. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover
